Any of the Toniques. I just hate the monotony of the endless repetitions. It makes it impossible for me to contend with the intensity. I know others love them, but I can't bring myself to do them, as effective as they seem.

I wouldn't say dread but....I have to give myself a serious pep talk before tackling the upper-body premix on Cathe's Cross-Train Express. I like the results, I like working the whole upper body to failure in one workout, but I am exhausted when I'm done.

The other one that gets me is Body Beast Build legs, which is on my rotation for later this week. There's one particular sequence of alternating lunges right into box step-ups with rear lunges. With the suggested moderate to heavy weights, little rest between sets and a high enough step, my legs are beat and my heart is pounding at the end of that stretch. I love how I feel when I'm done, but I'm telling myself out loud "c'mon, you got it, you're strong" as I work through it.

True dread stuff - endless floorwork, so-called hi-lo aerobics - I just don't do.

I don't do dread workouts either. If I don't like a workout it gets donated immediately. Life is too short to suffer through dread workouts.

Yep, Body Beast Build Legs for sure! My heart is usally beating out of my chest by the end of the step up/rear lunge off the step superset. Sagi is "coaching" most of it so I don't think he realized that his backgrounder was about to faint, lol!

Insanity. Did 2 whole months of it. Loathed every minute. Got no results. Never again.
