To me, there are two types of dread-factor workout:
1. You're terrified of doing the workout but you do it anyway 2. You were SO terrified of doing the workout that you ended up getting rid of it altogether

I am Medically Contraindicated from Doing Dread.
Not that that's a good thing in and of itself, physically.
Because then you have to do a somewhat lengthier rendition of a workout. However, in my current condition if I had to pick of what little may (sorta) be left (and, boy oh boy oh boy, do these mimic brick-and-mortar live similar classes I've taken, or what?), I would say my mp3 of Dawnelle (Qi Yoga) - never wanna do that one. Less so, some other yoga fusion classes. I still have a pilates virgin that I would have to really downmodify; and in my condition another STOTT active practice, maybe ditto ... Old-school impact aerobics. I can do it still (a lot less dread than the yogas and pilates' above) but then my knees pay. I may be left with a few things I have to up-modify. The dilemma is: I HATE UPMODIFYING!!

I don't really have a workout I dread, because I would have gotten rid of it immediately. However, I do have workouts that contain moves I dread, but I like the workout enough to keep it and modify those moves.
I can't think of any of those workouts right now, but the No. 1 move I dread is burpees!
