RWH Low Impact HiiT 2 + Abs 1
This was a nice workout but next time I'll probably do a longer premix. If I'd had more time, I would've added on today. I really enjoyed Abs 1. Abs 2 was harder but Abs 1 was more fun. I love how there're so different!
T2B - I'm feeling much better today.
I chose to do Two-Month Entirely RWH. The Circuit workouts aren't scheduled in the first month and it's a 5-day, so I could put them in there (when I'm feeling brave and energetic).
