Tuesday, March 3rd Workouts

Cathe's Lean Legs & Abs + Bonus Barre

Allison - Nice job with Body Beast! Fantastic strength gains! What are you planning on doing next? BTW, I loved the Back workout on Slo-Mo Strength, it gave me some nice DOMS like I haven't had in a long time in my upper back. I need to somehow do that one regularly.

T2B - Are we going to start Body Beast in the next week or two?

Jari's Get Extremely Ripped, Workout 1.

I really enjoy this workout, and definitely have room for improvement! I use 3- and 5-pounders for this workout, where with other Jari's I usually use 5-, 8- and 10-pounders.

Bzbn, thanks, I was really happy with my Beast results. I'm brooding over another rotation now. I really want to keep up the heavy weights (maybe mixing Beast with another strength program: Amy Bento Slo-Mo, Cathe Slow & Heavy, P90X, STS Meso 2 or 3?)and up it to two cardio sessions a week instead of Beast's one. I'm trying to figure out how to do this without being totally exhausted; that, and taking a recovery week, are this week's tasks.
