Body Beast Wk 11 Day 73...Cardio & Abs...Les Mills Combat Power HiiT 1/Beast Abs (50 min with warm up & cool down) lots of Burpees & push ups! It seems like everything is easier from doing Body Beast & I only do one day of cardio!!! Love it!
Challenge Day 3...9 Triceps Push ups/9 Ab Crunches. Triceps push ups are much easier for me now. LOVE feeling strong!!
