Happy Halloween, Friday, October 31st Workouts!!!



XT Legs was on the schedule but I subbed Cathe's Great Glutes. It's a feel good workout, I need to use heavier weights next time.

Anyone dressing in costume for work today? I'm not.

For Body Beast cardio I did Cathe's Low Max Premix Intervals 1-4 (45 min)
The 8" step felt too high for my injured ankle and I felt like I could trip (frustrating), so I did 6".

T2B - I'm not either but my daughter is. Today she's a soccer ref. Yesterday she was a Chinese pirate.

45 min walk. We had to cut the walk short due to heat but I added a self stretch for 15 mins to cool down.
