I woke up early to walk a client's dogs, came home and walked my dogs, and finished cleaning/adding paver sand to my patio! I had to go to a few stores to find the specific paver sand I needed, but I'm so happy it is done. I am exhausted after this project, but I think doing it in 90 degree sunshine made it more taxing.

The past 4 days I have been doing Cathe live workouts.
Today I did #352 Metabolic Weights and Loops.
Yikes the loops part was tough. Well, the whole workout was a good one. I just love this format.

Did this one repeatedly every Monday for a month. Have it down pat now.
Last time was at 8" - should have done the 8" again as wasn't challenging cardio-wise.
Those who CAN exercise well into their elder years often say "I just never stopped doing it, every day."
To be able to say that, one needs to START doing it, EVERY DAY!

To reduce the size of my butt, I need to reduce the size of my "But......"
