Question Navy SEAL Kettlebell DVDs

Hi folks--long time lurker, first time poster

Does anyone own the Navy SEAL Kettlebell DVDs? Their description isn't very, well, descriptive. Does anyone know how long these are, how advanced they are, etc? Also, is the first video just instructional or is there a follow-along workout too? Sounds like a great concept but wish I had more details (especially for a $30 DVD).

Here's the website

Thanks VFers!

If you want to ask them a question, they respond quickly. I inquired about video clips, and I got a response about a half hour later:

"We have some clips and videos on both our facebook page, website and
youtube channel. However, we will be launching a series of commercials for
the DVDs very soon."

Did some sleuthing and located the following:

http://vimeo.com/18796908 - Vid Cap of the Opening Title Menu
Trident Fitness YouTube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/vonhelmet/videos

If someone knows whether these are pressed or burned (DCD+/-R) discs?

If not I'll send an e-mail to their site contact.

I did end up buying this set after posting this question. They are pressed DVDs. Each level has 2 sections: Personal Training, which breaks down the exercises, and the Group Workout. The workout has no warmup or cooldown.

The workout is filmed in a warehouse setting and the sound quality is not very good. The instructor doesn't have a mic so his voice sounds muffled. I found the music (guitar) to be really obnoxious. The production quality is not high, but I liked the instructor's style. No chatter, no fluff, just gets down to business. He counts most of the reps. Before each exercise, a screen comes up to tell you what's next. The background participants (two men and a woman) show different variations (e.g. in a squat, someone holds the KB in rack position, someone does a goblet squat).

My biggest disappointment with this set is that so many of the exercises are pretty much just dumbbell exercises done with a kettlebell. Some might see that as a positive, though, as you could do a lot of this workout with dumbbells instead of kettlebells.

Here's a breakdown of the exercises:
Level 1:
Kettlebell Squat
Kettlebell lunge
Leg extension
Kettlebell wedge (single or double legged bridge holding kettlebell in your hip crease)
Chest press
Shoulder press
Front shoulder raise
Side shoulder raise
Side press
Kettlebell row
Kettlebell curl
High pull (more like a barbell high pull, not a KB high pull like Skogg)
KB side shrug
T-push up fly
Triceps extension
Overhead triceps extension
KB situp

Level 2:
KB side squat
Dynamic high pull
Pull to rack position
Push press
Pull push press
High pull figure 8
Windmill
Unsupported row
KB deadlift
KB swing
Spider crunch
KB V-sit
Lunge front to back
KB push up
KB burpee

Level 3:
KB full swing
KB full pull
Row press/Full Row
Pull to rack bottoms up
Lunge press
Turkish getup
KB step through
KB swing press
Windmill press
Overhead squat
Leg lever oblique situp
Open close squat
Reverse Figure 8 swing
KB full squat

Hope this helps!
