The only one good on the deluxe package is Total Body Trasformer (Core w/core focused cardio blasts) (30 mins) The other two on the deluxe are two short 10 min abs workouts. The free Kiss my Abs is 5 mins only. Is like a add on to your daily workout.
If you have plenty of core workouts you may be covered. What stands from this set in my oppinion are the ones with weight lifting (bold) Just because you can use it regularly at any time if you want to do a weekly body part split rotation or a upper/lower split rotation. The cardio ones are good too as short cardio day or add on. So if you pass the deluxe set, don't worry.

Crazy Circuit Cardio (cardio)
Bicep Builder (bi's & chest)
Ballistic Back (upper, middle, lower back; glutes & hamstrings) (40 mins)

Week 2
Upper Body Transformer (all UB)
Lean Legs (all LB)
Speed & Agility (20 min) (cardio)
Total Body (1 sets for each body part if I'm correct) (effective 10 min can be repeated 3 times for a 30 min)

Advance exercises will feel that the intensity slow down a little on week 2. I see myself reaching to week 1 workouts often after finishing the rotation. The workouts are good for any fitness level. I'm doing the rotation with my co-worker and he can't do some of the high impact moves. He's modifying until his fitness level improve. I showed to him how to modify a jumping jack lol On the jump rope section he's marching and so on.
