See what happens when you clean? I don't even remember how I ended up with these...but they are still in the shrink wrap and I do not own a VCR anymore!

Fabio mugging on the cover, lol. I never did that legs of steel! If I ever see that in a Goodwill I'd have to pick it up to see how different it is from Tamilee's Legs of Steel. I love her workout.

Gilad is the instructor for LoS, and also for Arms of Steel, but Arms of Steel is better, and has been praised on VF.

I own both Arms and Legs of Steel on VHS. DH likes them.
