Last night: Basic stretches
This morning: Oxycise

Checking in with Bodyfit by Amy's 30 Minute Fat Blasting Cardio Kick Workout. Diana, here's another kickboxing workout if you are interested! She gives low and higher impact options (although the high impact in this is not any higher than a jumping jack). I worked hard and felt like I had a cardio workout when I was done.

I also bundled up and walked a mile outdoors.

It's quiet around here--hope some more people check in and say hi!

Seabliss That one looks good. You can use your own music, too. Do you like Gina Bauber? I have been doing some of her youtube workouts recently.

Did Debbie Siebers' Cool it Off Express last night. Slept well.

I'm fighting off a cold or something and will continue to take it easy for a few more days. Back later after I find something easy to do.

I hope you feel better soon. My DH took his last antibiotic a day or two ago and he is starting to feel bad again. He said it feels like the flu again. I wish I knew what was wrong with him.

Checking in with an easy workout, Element Barre Conditioning (w/ Sadie), the 2nd workout on the DVD, Strengthen & Lengthen.

I saw the Primary doctor yesterday, b/c whenever I have a cough I fear it could become bronchitis. No antibiotics; he said my lungs were clear and he thinks it's a virus. 1000 mg of vitamin C, a zinc 20 mg, and a spoon of honey, along w/ rest & fluids. Also an Rx that I never heard of before, like cough syrup in a capsule: benzonatate. I don't feel worse today, which I would if this was going to be bronchitis.

Today I didn't do much, but as Jessica likes to say, "Something is always better than nothing." I walked a mile outdoors and did Jessica's 10-Minute Total Body Strength and half of her Lower Body Strength. I cut it short because DH and I went out for a bit. I needed to get out, so it was good.

Diana, praying for your DH! I haven't done Gina Bauber. I will check her out! Always looking for new good people. That one I just linked was more intense than Jessica's kickboxing workouts on Youtube, but not too intense.

Cynthia, I hope you feel better soon! I'm glad you got it checked out. I had that cough med before. I'm a bad cougher when I get sick, so I'm willing to try anything. I have put ice packs on my throat to stop coughing fits. Spoonful of honey helps but it also is difficult to get down.
