Checking in with Bodyfit by Amy's 30 Minute Fat Blasting Cardio Kick Workout. Diana, here's another kickboxing workout if you are interested! She gives low and higher impact options (although the high impact in this is not any higher than a jumping jack). I worked hard and felt like I had a cardio workout when I was done.
I also bundled up and walked a mile outdoors. It's quiet around here--hope some more people check in and say hi! Cheryl
