Jan 3-Day 3 of Qi Gong challenge ( a long day and I was pooped when I got home. I had serious intentions of doing more yoga but my fatigue won out.)
Jan 4-1 1/2 hour yoga class at a local studio. This was my first time at this studio. This class was tough and a plank marathon.
Jan 5-I was feeling pretty good all day, got in a long walk and came home and suddenly just felt run down. I feel like I am getting a sinus infection. So rather than do yoga, I did some yoga reading as suggested by Beth. The two books I started reading are 40 Days to Personal Revolution and Journey of the Heart.
Jan 6-I stayed home sick most of the day. I went to the clinic and got meds. I read a chapter of both of my books (above).
Jan 7-QiGong Challenge Day 4 and 5, Bedtime Yoga flow, a chapter in both of my books.
Jan 8-QiGong challenge Day 6 and 7, 1 hour barre yoga with weights class at studio. Did reading in my books.
Jan 9-QiGong Challenge Day 8 and 9, Did reading in my books.
January 10-1 hour walk, after work went to clinic for new meds for this sinus infection, then got the stomach flu. So I meditated to the Yoga Gods to stop the vomiting.
January 11-I didn't do much today. No yoga.
January 12- 2 1/2 hours of shoveling then worked at PT job all day. A rough weekend for me. Not feeling any relief with sinus issues and headache so went back to the clinic Friday night. After I got home, I got sick with the stomach flu and was up most of the night in the bathroom. We got Ice and snow on Saturday so Sunday I had to shovel at home and then at the library. Then I worked 7 hours at my part time job. I was wiped when I got home. I am still not feeling very good nor am I sleeping good. Hopefully, this will pass soon. No yoga all weekend.

January 25-Meditation. Did 4 hours of hand shoveling today. I needed to just chill so I did.
January 26-Meditation. A long day with work, a good walk, cleaned out a room, closet, desk etc...so when all said and done, I meditated.
January 27-EB/Prayer Flow
January 28-JBrown yoga
January 29-Meditation-I had work training off site from where I work. It was 8:30-5:00 for 3 days about 1 hour drive from me. Plus I had to work my PT job in the evenings. At the training, rather than sit with others at lunch, I went to another room and did quiet reading and meditation.

Day 3, I pulled out House Calls again for my tried and true Bye Bye Back Pain and guided relaxation. I had higher hopes but was in pre-Christmas mode all day.

Pam, yay on getting some more active yoga - it sounds nice!

Day 4:
~75 min hot flow class with my DIL

This was a sweat fest, but I felt great after. The instructor sang Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” during savasana. It was lovely, she has an amazing voice. I am patting myself on the back that I can keep up with my DIL, lol.
