~Yoga Collective: Open Your Hips - started out with some interesting variations but ended up in the splits...definitely not in my wheelhouse, lol

Day 23, my own sequence after doing my PT - child's pose and twisting child's pose, double pigeon, gomukasana, twists and forward bends in easy pose, single leg bow, sphinx, reclining rock pose and camel pose.

Pam - I've drifted off with The Daily Stoic and will make it a point to catch up.

I had a short but nice and much-needed practice today after work/teaching: I did the "Relaxation" practice from Yoga Journal's Complete Guide to Home Yoga.
