Cathe Supersets warmup
Firm Strength - stretch and strength segments only While I like these Firms they are a bit long for me nowadays, I took advantage of the good chaptering and skipped the warmup, two of the three cardio segments and the abs. It brought the workout down to 40 minutes and I liked doing it this way. I might be more apt to do these more often if I shorten them up like this, and I am feeling it today. |

I didn't have this workout when it was first released; I bought it used a few years ago when I was acquiring more FIRM workouts. I have not done this workout much and I should! It is definitely one of the better FIRM workouts!

Amy Bento ASC 3 Good NRG premix - this is a great premix; I have to remind myself that her abs on this one are each 15 minutes, so if the premix includes them and I'm not doing them I can take that time off. Love the Power Up section on ASC3!
