Free Workout Videos with Prime

For those VFers who have Amazon Prime, they seem to have a greater assortment of workouts than the have in the past.

I happened to be reading 2lazy4gym’s blog and she mentioned that the Tracie Long workout she was reviewing might be free on Prime...I looked it up and discovered that many of Tracie’s workouts are available to Prime members (not her newest, but some Focus, stronger longer, longevity, platinum seniors...it might be all of them, I just don’t know her collection well enough to say).

Jane Fonda’s Complete Workout, a ton of Gin Miller workouts, lots of Jenny Ford, and some Doonya workouts are on Prime, too. Of course, there are a zillion workouts on Prime, some of them I’ve never heard of although they may be very good. I didn’t look at them all, but thought I’d share with you Prime members some of what’s available to you for free.

Have any other Prime members found workouts on Prime we all might be interested in?

I tagged this thread and 3 other ones from this year relating to workouts available on amazon prime. Just to make it easier for those searching in the future. I may have missed some though.

If you like yoga, I love Julia Jarvis on Amazon prime.

I'd beg everyone to stay away from Gin Miller's Kettlebell workout. I've seen some of it and it is nuts. Or, watch it to see what NOT to do.

(And, I LOVE Gin Miller!!!)

Yoga with Adriene

Adriene has two seasons on prime -- Yoga for Weightloss and a 30 day journey called True.

I haven't had a chance to try either but passing along in case others would be interested in trying.

BamaTanya the True journey seems to be very foundational in the beginning three episodes. So I would try there.

Also I saw Happy Yoga is also on Prime and those are gentle yoga poses from a chair. Definitely kind and beginner.
