I bought LiTe, is Fit Split worth getting also? I saw some posts that they were similar, some people liked, some didn't. Guess just looking for opinions.
I like the workouts in Fit Split as separate 30 minute workouts, but I don't use them back to back as the rotation has them. For some reason they just all seem like separate workouts and don't seem to flow as well back to back. They pack a good punch as 30 minute workouts in my opinion. For that reason, they are ideal for rotations when you're short on time.
I love (love, love!) the Push Day and Pull Day weight sections from Fit Split. As separate workouts, they run about 30 minutes each. I didn't really care for anything else in the series.
If you don't like cardio, I would pass. I don't think Push Pull is that great. Let's just say
say, I have done the Push Pull a few times and it's not memorable. I love the cardio in this set and also the metabolic one. I like some kick boxing, but this one didn't hold my attention. I do love the Legs & Glutes workout. I don't think you are missing out on anything.
