Looks great! Don't want to go off topic, but there hasn't been too much feedback on her last DVD on here...would like to hear anyone chime in on it. How is the dance cardio - is it very complex?!

I've only done the workouts on the first dvd once each and it was over a month ago, so i don't remember fully. But i do not recall it being complex. I think some combos i lagged behind and maybe got slightly confused. At the end she puts all the sets together. I think there were ~5. You do each one several times and then all once or twice. I can do it again and report if you are interested.

Regarding the new dvd i tend to not enjoy band work, it hurts and not in a muscle 'feel the burn' sort of way. The clip was too short to tell if it was different enough for me. I love simone but her DVDs are pricey - based on the first.

I really liked her dance dvd. She's a bit like Tracy Anderson in the types of moves, the very good music and the minimalist cuing (but it's ok because the moves are repeated a lot). Her backup exercisers look like the models in Robert Plant's "Addicted To Love" video but with more smiles and personality.

I really liked her cardio/weight workout as well. I will surely purchase this new one!
