Jari or D2S Rotation: Help Me Decide

I'm stressing myself out trying to decide whether to do a Jari rotation or the Drop Two Sizes rotation. I need to drop plenty of sizes (smile).....if it were you, which rotation would you do first? I swear I have major ADD when it comes to workout decisions. SIGH!!!

Do you currently own any of these workouts? I would do what I own and then maybe later purchase the other dvds. I am all about waiting on purchases these days
It also depends on what your goals are though.

In the past, has your body responded better to light weights/high reps or higher weight workouts? (D2S is about high weight/low reps, right?) I'd go with the one that matches the method your body responds to better.

I don't know what the Jari rotation is, but I love how D2S has you working out only 4 days a week.
