When I woke up this morning, my body said, "You know what, [Aunt Famous]? This is a recovery week." I had planned all sort of hard-hitting derring-do for the next seven days, but in my dotage, I have learned not to be as much of a knucklehead about what my body can -- and more importantly, can't -- do at any given time. At this given time, I can't do.

So . . . I will walk my dog tonight, maybe get in a little yoga, focus on eating really well, and get to bed early.

Prepare to be underwhelmed this week by my daily workouts.

Cathe's Circuit Blast (acquired it again - now I know why I traded it in the first place - lots of unfriendly moves for my body. The uneven move where she puts her hand on the ball and the other on the floor during push-ups---yikes, I think my shoulder was cringing watching it! Thankfully like in most workouts, I utilize my Jumpsport and modify lots of the moves I know not to do from past experiences/injuries, as well as including KB swings. My HR soars using these alternatives and moreso than doing the w/o as is. The fun factor just isn't there in CB like in, oh say....Crossfire, though.

Cathe's CTX (Upper Body Split) - completing only the back, tricep and bicep segments to make it more of an UB day as well.

I don't even attempt this move, I have visions of my hand slipping off the ball & breaking my nose and/or knocking my teeth out
Checking in today with Cathe To the Max doing it as is (well, mostly) the only change I made was a lower step. Nice!!

You all give me so many ideas of what workouts to do next ...I am so looking forward to Cross Fire & To the Max (I need to build up some endurance first) and I keep forgetting to do Yoga on the Edge. I've had it for at least a year & it's still a virgin

Today I did KCM TLC Cardio Express (15 minutes) followed by DeltaFit Ultimate Isometrics. Neat workout...on the same idea as Horizontal Conditioning workouts but easier.
