You all give me so many ideas of what workouts to do next ...I am so looking forward to Cross Fire & To the Max (I need to build up some endurance first) and I keep forgetting to do Yoga on the Edge. I've had it for at least a year & it's still a virgin
Today I did KCM TLC Cardio Express (15 minutes) followed by DeltaFit Ultimate Isometrics. Neat workout...on the same idea as Horizontal Conditioning workouts but easier.
