Buying KCM

I am going to buy a few KCM videos, like what I have seen in the clips & the reviews seem good. I think what works best for me is strength training & some cardio every week.

So, I am thinking og getting split sessions & circuit burn. Was also thinking of boot camp, but not sure. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Tami

Given you are looking at a pure strength workout and a circuit, I would suggest a cardio workout. Personally, I Cardio Blast and use it a lot more than Bootcamp. That's just my personal preference, but you might want to watch a clip to see for yourself.

As far as what you are interested in, I would have kept Split Sessions if I divided my strength workouts, but I like total body strength workouts better (so I got Muscle Definition instead). If you like splits though, that DVD is an excellent choice. And, Circuit Burn is one that I . The workouts themselves are fun and then the premixes give a plethora of other options.

Good luck with your choices.

I'm a huge fan of Kelly's Bootcamp video, and remember you get all-cardio and all-strength premixes with this too so there's lots of versatility.

I have Kelly's Circuit Burn and love it! So many premixes. I bought Muscle Definition and like it. I just wish the workout lengths were closer to 30 minutes - I think workout 1 was 42 minutes.

I like the two new ones: TLC and Split Sessions.
