Okay I wasn't gonna mention it because I didn't want to sound like a wuss, lol, but I woke up with definite upper back and arm DOMS today!

Did anyone else notice how happy Kelly seems? ...
I don't think there's a single KCM workout that I don't like!
Yes and YES!

I think I'm going to have core DOMS tomorrow! Wow this workout hits every muscle! In the second half I was making noises with all the punches, LOL. Hoo Hoo Ha! Hoo hoo ha! I started with WO #1 including the warmup, Flip-Up / Push-Up (which I thought was a cute idea) and stretch. I did abs for the FU/PU so I could lay on the floor. I was afraid the punches would be too fast, but instead my problem was the combos. Something for my brain to work on. I generally got them better on the second side.

Yes, I thought Kelly was upbeat and happy as always. She had me laughing during the FU/PU section.

Everyone who pre-ordered both - it seems we're all starting with TLC!

I just did the boxing combo premix, which came out to exactly half an hour -- how is it different than just doing the boxing workout?

Kelly rocks, as always! I love how she always uses funky/quirky music. She may be the only person ever who can make black socks look ok with workout shoes.

If I had any regrets at all it would be that there are no kicks. I know it says "boxing" but I seem to recall there was kickboxing in her "Step Boxing" workout. No matter. Another knockout from Kelly!

I did Workout #1 on Monday, and I have to admit, I was making some noise by the end too. I generally thought that the combos were pretty easy to learn except for the very last one--mainly because it was longer--but I think I got it in the end. I loved all of the body shots! I also did one of the Premixes, the "Quick Combo" one (I forget the exact name--I think it was 19 minutes) because I wanted to work out a bit longer as well as to get a preview of some of the conditioning moves; I enjoyed that as well. And I previewed the extra Stretch, which looked much better than what Kelly usually does to stretch; I'll probably do that when I do Workout #2 tomorrow.

The only thing that I didn't like was the FU/PU segment--I thought it was kind of a cute idea that really went no where. It seemed like Kelly used this instead of her usual abdominals segment (which I usually skip anyway b/c I don't like doing crunches) and then tried to mix it up a bit by giving you a choice of abs, push-ups, or squats, but then the whole thing winds up being repetitive since you are just doing varying number of reps over and over. I probably won't use this segment again.

Overall, however, I'm thrilled to have the DVD & can't wait to try W/O #2 tomorrow!

I am not a fan of black socks....but I thought it fit the workout. It had a "boxer-ish" look to it? IDK, I could be way off. Or maybe I was just looking for a way to excuse the socks...

Who cares? They're socks! GREAT workout! One of her best, I think! And yes, my lats were very sore the next day.

I did the conditioning workout yesterday and absolutely loved it. It was definitely cardio but also very good at working upper and lower body and abs. Now I'd really like to try one of the premixes that mixes conditioning with the boxing. I love Kelly's workouts!
