No...the point is that I do NOT reach failure with 10's....but per my pain doc ....due to an exacerbation of cervical issues, he told me to lay off heavier lifting for a few months and do only light weights and yoga, cardio, etc.

My questions is whether this would be useless using light weights and NOT working to failure? due to this right now.
