It's $20/month, $15/Quarter or $120 for a full year subscription.
I signed up for their site (but not the subscription) a while back. They had some workouts on there that are not on their youtube channel.

I really love their workouts, was almost ready to sign up but then my knees got injured and taking a break from HIIT type workouts for now. But they are so awesome - both the people and the workouts. Very encouraging and supportive.

Agree 100%. I'm doing their workouts exclusively now. Love the two new Avid workouts they posted (Hypno Tech!). Daniel is such a hoot.

They have a lot of low impact workouts and usually will show you modifications.

The main reason I subscribed was for the low impact cardio that they offer. I have several overuse injuries and am afraid high impact may no longer be an option for me. Their low impact workouts still get my hear rate up, have great music and they are FUN! Most of Daniel's cardio is low, so if he is the main lead it is usually safe for me!

There is one seated cardio workout designed for seniors that helped get my back on track after a bad calf injury. I used my stability ball in place of a chair to add a bit more of a balance challenge.

Besides my bikes and rower, I have been doing TBP workouts exclusively since I joined in May.

Yup, I was using all the low-impact they offer, I don't do high impact anymore. Daniel is very good about offering a lot of options and giving permission to 'do your own thing'.

Thank you to JulieL for starting this thread, I have subscribed to their site now based on how much I enjoyed that workout. I am amazed at the variety and number of workouts! I really never want to do cardio, but like others have said their fun, low impact options are awesome, and for all levels.

They seem to have a huge following, so I'm surprised they aren't talked about more here. Really a fantastic streaming site!

Just thought I would mention that of the cardio workouts I have done to date, Turbo 30 is my absolute favorite! It's available on youtube...
