Yeah, this pandemic is tough on everyone, so I thought I'd try to put something positive out there!

I'm filming another video later today.

And Evolve Fitness!!! What a find!!! Thank you for that. I love that they have three levels of moves for every workout and actually show us what each level is doing each time. Plus since all of their workouts are bodyweight only, they are great for travel. And no whooping or yelling...just a no nonsense encouraging workout. I can't wait to try one of their agility training workouts next.

On another note, I've started doing some of Pahla B's walking/running workouts while walking outside and they have been terrific for that.
I'm glad you are enjoying Evolve fitness! I've done several of their workouts and they are great! My mom is even interested in trying the beginner workouts since they focus on functional fitness. I love that they have 3 mods for each move; some moves I can do at the third level while others I can only do the second level. It helps me realize areas where I'm a bit weaker and could use some work.

Three different trainers so some are more appealing than others but make great add ons. Also on Amazon prime.

Thank you for the qi gong links. I love the outdoor settings. I had to cut way back on cardio due to cranky knees. I am going to try doing more qi gong.

For those out there who like to get in steps/do walking walkouts, I stumbled across this YouTube channel today:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3l...IrFMatB9Zgxo0g

The instructor, Keoni Tamayo, seems very upbeat and genuine.

Iíve been throwing in Leslie walking workouts to get extra steps in but Iíve also become obsessed with Fitness Blender. Itís a husband/wife team and they have hundreds of free workouts. I recently paid for one of their programs, which has been awesome.
