No premixes. I just did the workouts as is. I considered doing some of the premixes but not always sure and didn't take time to see exactly what was included in each, if it wasn't obvious from the title.

Reviving an old thread here...... I've decided to do the weight work from 4DS for a while. I'm really liking it! I agree that it doesn't seem as taxing as a lot of Cathe's earlier stuff. I don't understand why Cathe didn't make a more interesting rotation making use of the premixes where she mixes up the body parts. At least I haven't seen one. I'm wondering if anyone here has one handy. On the other hand, it's not rocket science! I'll figure it out.....

Since I'm doing at home workouts again do to the virus situation, I'm going to start a 4 day split M-Th, rest or whatever workout I want on Friday, lower body like PLB on Saturday, start over on Sunday and go through it for 4 weeks. Love Cathe's On Demand and Streaming services.
