If I am remembering correctly, there is a modifier in each workout.

I really should do these again soon.....

I looked at the previews and there is one person at least who does show all low impact. Also, I saw a few barefoot ones among the sneakered goddesses.

I have a silly question - the only download process I'm currently familiar with is Purple Player (yes, I'm a dinosaur!) - is this something that can be downloaded w/ that is or is this another type of download.

Sorry for sounding so ignorant! LOL! I'm being dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st Century!

Donna-you do not need purple player, but I forget what was used. I am a dinosaur with downloads , but I'd better get used to it....though I'm hanging onto my dvds!

Alta-I think the cuing was improved over the first set.

Pam, please chime in if you remember the download process and your opinion on cuing. Thanks!

I haven't downloaded them, I stream them. I didn't have a problem with her cuing, it is a bit of a learning curve and there's a fair amount of TIFTing IIRC. I don't mind TIFTing, but a lot of people hate it. It's been a while since I did them, so don't quote me, lol. I have gone to several live classes, they are fun too but I found them more repetitive than the DVDs & downloads. That could just be the instructor though.

I do them barefoot on my 6' round yoga mat.

Thanks, Pam!

I would LOVE one of those yoga mats, but I have nowhere I could leave it out (three cats!) and rolling it up and putting it away all the time would be a pain.

I forgot you could stream them also-thanks!

I am downloading these as we speak . (The fact that they were in Cdn $ sent me over the edge.)

I am downloading them using my phone (the site wasn't showing a secure on my computer). It's very easy! You go to your purchases area and choose the workout you want. Scroll down the page to the video screen. Right under the screen is a button for 'Download Workout'. When you click on the button, it gives you a choice of definition. Select the one you want, and it's downloading! (Note: there will be two video screens on the page. The first one is a preview. You have to scroll down the page to see the actual workout.)
