Very helpful. Thank you.

Completely agree - Caroline is my new best friend!

I discovered her in November thanks to the discussion here, and she's helping me get into the best shape of my life.

I did the beginner EPIC 3x and now I'm on Day 15 of EPIC 1. I'm following the workouts in order but mixing in other workouts when I feel like I need a change, so it might take me 4-5 months in total.

What a great idea! I like what shes released for Epic II so far (seems like more traditional weightlifting).

I love her too! I have been doing paper workouts from Bret Contreras for about 9 months but i missed following along with an instructor. A few weeks ago I found Caroline on YouTube. I am just so impressed with how much she puts into her programs. I would gladly pay for them. If anyone would like to have an epic check in, I would love to join.

I'd be interested, but I don't follow her rotations exactly so I don't know how well I'd fit in a group.

Same here. Maybe something Caroline-ish? I'm liking Epic 2 better. It's more metabolic which is what my body prefers

I'm currently doing epic I and would participate in a check in.

I'm in the opposite camp and hope it isn't. But that can probably be altered with weight selection and pace.
