I did lesson 2 today. It was okay, but I preferred yesterday’s. The standing portion was shorter but had some good balance work. The floor segment was longer & basically core work.

Following to get a better sense of whether I would like these. I revisited with my Bellyfit Elements during some of the tough quarantine days; I also found the free routines Alice put out on Facebook to be so supportive and nurturing.

I day Day 3 today. It was nice, all standing. The music was a bit louder which was good, had kind of a zen Bhangra feel to it.
