I've been cutting back on the intensity and especially complexity of my step workouts. Step Reaction and Simply Step have been two of my most used in recent months.

So much fun on your playlist! Thanks so much for CIA 9901. It's one of my favorites! I see some others I want to try soon, but the 9901 is one I'll be doing very soon.

Wow, those take me right back to the early 90s! I lost 50 pounds with these in my college apartment, complete with leotards and the bizarre thong leotards we used to wear! That Keli Roberts step workout was my most used -- I can still hear her say "stomp the bug"

So excited to do some of these again! I have always been terrible at step but loved working out with Gin and Keli.

Wow, Garrie, thank you! I love that Kelli workout, too, and Aerostep...I think I saved half your list!

Speaking of Keli, has anybody ever found the Circuit workout she did as a companion to this step workout?

My only con about the workout is that the low impact takes a lot of room. I've learned to modify it for my space, though. I have it on VHS (and guard it carefully with my life ).

There's also another Candice workout on there called The Low Impact Challenge, which is all floor aerobics (intermediate level). It's about an hour (excluding the 10 minute intro at the beginning discussing technique and safety tips). Fun side note: Michael Carson and Robin (can't think of her last name) from many of Kathy Smith's workouts are the background exercisers. Robin also appears in Step and Low, along with Sharon Money-Twombly (aka Greg Twombly from CIA's wife).
Yeah, I think I would do the sections of Step N Low separately, I would like to try the step portion for sure.

Thanks for sharing your playlist! You have a lot of good stuff on there! I subscribed.

This is wonderful! I had to give up doing all Cathe except for Basic Step because of my vertigo-she has too many sailing around the step moves. Also I can't seem to follow complex choreography anymore either. These are a godsend! I had all the Gin MIller and Candice Copeland VHS a LONG time ago but gave them away because the choreo was "too simple." Haha how times have changed!

I was able to do Aerostep tonight and it was as fun as I remember! Thanks, Garrie!
