I just did Cathe's Fit splits today - the lower body workout only. It was a great mix of light, medium and heavy weight. I enjoyed it a lot.

I also love Cathe's Lower Body Blast - that's my fav all time lower body workout

I also love her STS squat rack legs - I don't have a squat rack. It's 4 rounds of very heavy weights. I blow off the extended rest so get the workout done in 30 minutes.

I like Fit Split Legs & Glutes workout. It's only 20 minutes and it's pretty good.

I always come back to Buns of Steel (Greg Smithey). If you only do the main floor work, it takes 30 minutes. And it works!

I like to do Cathe’s MIS warm up, lower body section, repeat the lower body section, then skip to the stretch. It’ a fantastic lower body workout with a serious cardio effect in about 50 minutes, IIRC.

I also love Gymstyle Legs, Pure Strength Legs and abs, Pyramid Lower Body, Legs and Glutes, and Ripped with HIIT Lower Body Circuit and X10 Cardio Leg Blast. For some reason, Butts and Guts has a dread factor for me. It seems to go on and on.

The FIRM's Lower Body Sculpt I is an excellent, comprehensive standing legwork routine in 30-35 mins! Lately, I also have been enjoying KCM's Coffeyfit RAW routines on YouTube as well as the Lower Body Tabata routine on the Build & Burn set.

My current favorite is from The Kettlebell Goddess Workout, the Callipygos lower body workout.

Also, from Callanetics Express DVD, the Lower Body Express is good.
