I am very absorbed in reading the book "The Fifth Letter." The author is Nicola Moriarty. She is the younger sister of author Lianne Moriarty.

Just finished the Alice Network......a fictionalized account of women spies in France in WWI. Amazing what these women endured and accomplished.

Carol and Sherry, thanks! I may have to get that one......

I'm in the midst of some YA fantasy right now - Court of Mist and Fury -it is not my usual genre to read, but i'm enjoying the change up!

This is in my to read pile. I admit I read the first several pages and it didn't grab me so I moved on to something else, but I will get to it eventually.

I just started Gather the Daughters by Jennie Melamed - which I've heard is similar to A Handmaid's Tale. I was sold when I read it is Never Let Me Go meets The Giver - loved both of those.

Up next will be Pieces of Happiness by Anne Ostby... A novel of five lifelong friends who, in their sixties, decide to live together on a cocoa farm in Fiji, where they not only start a chocolate business but strengthen their friendships and rediscover themselves.

I just started "I'm Watching You" by Teresa Driscoll -- it's one of those free Amazon Prime books for September. It's a page turner!
