I finally tried this virgin
(one of three DVDs I've bought this year, something must be wrong with me!).
Lauren's teaching demeanor improved! She's more relaxed & less stiff in front of the camera.
15 minutes is such a sweet spot for a KB workout. My butt is slightly sore. Hooray to KB swings and dead lifts.
I plan to do one workout from this DVD as often as I can next week.
