Catching Fire 30 Day Challenge

I had been looking for a 15-20 minute workout that was not over-the-top, but challenging and would get my heart rate up. I also wanted something "fresh", meaning it used some different equipment along with some new bodweight moves. It needed to have a lot of variety to hold my interest. Lastly, I didn't want to spend any money. I am happy to report that after much searching I found something that I love!

Catching Fire 30 Day Challenge

Rather than write a full review of all the workout. I thought I would add the highlights. I hope others enjoy these workouts as much as I presently am.
- Uses a sandbag (you can make a cheap one using a plastic bag, kitty litter and duct tape).
- The workouts are hard but very doable.
- There are yoga days incorporated into the rotation and for those that do not prefer yoga, there are dance workouts.
- Lots of MMA inspired bodyweight movements.
- All the workouts are very easily modified. For example the workouts use Lebert Equalizers, I use chairs instead.
- The instructors are motivating and sincere.
- The video quality is professionally shot and the workout area is bright and not distracting.
- The pace of the workouts is such that you can follow along and modify as needed without getting behind

All and all I am really happy to have found these. I feel I can easliy stick to the 30 rotation with all that I presently have going on.

Thanks for posting, these look very interesting! I wonder if you could download them as I don't have a computer in my workout room.

I just stream from online. But I have read that if you use Firefox as your browser you can use add-ons to grab video. To find out more, you can go to the link below and perform a search using the word youtube.

Whoo! These look great! Thanks for posting. I looked at the first workout. The instructor seems good, not annoying at all and has a great body which helps to motivate me.

YogaPam, yes, you can download anything from Youtube. I use Firefox with an add-on called, Download Helper.

You're welcome!

Yes, she has her own website, too. I should have posted that link as well. She's one of my favorite Bodyrock hostess.
