I get them every week. They are good, IMO, and great as add-ons, but I've already done a workout or two using just her downloads and some cardio to top it off. I can see myself building workouts on them in the future.
On this thread I've been reviewing them as I get them done. I haven't yet done the arm ones or the last parallel thigh one (last week's) The sound has improved a lot since they started. |
