Any news on Barre Amped (Suzanne Bowen)?
Is Mary going to carry this? Is there an estimated date for when this is going to come out?

I didn't realize BarreAmped was going to DVD. Last I spoke to her she was getting ready to launch digital downloads. Maybe that changed though.

On her facebook page, someone asked when BarreAmped would be out on DVD - Suzanne replied that she should know approx date in mid January.

She hasn't said anything about when the DVDs are going to be filmed or released, but her weekly downloads are available already here:
https://suzannebowenfitness.com/sbf/store I have tried a few: pretzel, compound combinations and thin thighs fast. The exercises are good, not all are barre inspired. Pretzel is very instructional, and includes other exercises like bridge squeezing a ball. Compound combinations is compound moves with light weights. Lots of balance. Thin thighs fast is plies and more plies. Foldover, the other leg one and bikini butt look good. |

An exercise studio in my town is bringing in Suzanne Bowen this weekend to teach Barre Amped classes. They will be offering BA classes there in June (but without suzanne of course.) I am scheduled to take a class on Friday and might do a Sunday class as well. Looking forward to it.
