Thank you Joan great review. Sounds like the DVD is chaptered well. I also thought from the clips that the set and voiceover looked like Core Fusion which I like very much. It has a Zenlike feel.

An update...I did Release today, and wow! I'll be feeling this tomorrow. Good total body workout, flows beautiully, cueing is perfect, I like the music...I can't say anything bad about it. It will be good for me for building strength in my upper body and core. Love the lower body segment. I'll be looking for Warrior this summer!

Gaucho Girl, I would say intermediate...anywhere from high to low, depending on who you follow and how deeply you get into position.
