Hello!
I just joined VF yesterday but am a former VFer from 2001-03 and have regularly lurked since then. I am 45 next week, happily married, teach gifted middle school kids and have two furra-babies (cats) as my children.
I am midway through a 40-pound weight loss and have been regularly working out 5-6 days a week. However, I do not like what my rotations were doing for the lower body. I bulk easily there, and my Tracie Longs, Firms, WHFNs, etc., were not making me look better. So 2010 is going to be the year of the barre!
