Me too

Just when I felt like I was back in the swing of things, I got sicker then I've been in probably 8 years. I was out of work for most of last week (notice I started posting again, can't read or post at work anymore, but that's a different thread). I've been feeling restless the past few days, but I still have a cough and breathing isn't back to normal. I promised myself that if I rested all weekend I would start back today, cough or no. I'm going to do a strength tape though, I don't think I'm up to cardio yet. This flu thing is really getting around this month, isn't it?

I have always been told it is OK to workout if your "problem" is above your neck. If you have a head cold or allergies it's just fine but DO NOT work out if you have a fever, body aches, severe chest congestion, stomach distress etc. HTH
