This thread inspired me to do High Step Circuit today . It’s a great workout. I used a couple more risers to increase the cardio intensity, and substituted other upper body moves for some of the (IMO) excessive shoulder work, and had a good old time!

Finishing up the May rotation. High Step Training was my morning workout. Yikes! Forgot how many leg presses that video has. And then she does an extra set. 😁. My legs feel like jelly already. A good workout! Haven’t used the high step in months. Love the variety!

That’s exactly what I did and enjoyed it so much! I’m so glad I decided to try these wos. So much fun!
