Hi
I am interested in trying Lalo fit, do I need to order Vol 1 or can I just order Vol 2 and his fitness guide?

Thanks
Tracey

I wouldn't see why not. VOL 2 isn't available yet. It looks like you can buy the fitness guide off his web site. The fitness guide looks like it would be a good companion to his sytem.

Does Anybody Know...

...if the Fitness Guide is an ebook, or an actual printed book?

I just got another copy of the first DVD to give to a friend of mine who is pretty new to fitness, and the guide would probably be a good thing to go with it.

I have Vol 1 and love it. Vol 2 looks much more advanced to me though it scares me !

I'm really looking forward to V.2....I pre-ordered it as soon as it was available for pre-order.

BTW, I contacted Lalo to find out what weight his dumbells are. He uses 5# DBs, if anyone is curious.

Tracey,

This is from Lalo's blog.....

"As I mentioned before, the second volume is going to have a bit more complex moves so the first video will be a great way to master the basic moves the LaloFit V1 video has."

So the moves in V2 are obvkously more complex. Whether or not you would need to do V1 first probably depends on your experience.

I never heard of Lalofit until last night and I have to say that they look awesome. I have both of these in my cart @ totalfitness just waiting until the Thanksgiving sale. I can't wait.......
