They are around 4 minutes and she does about 5 of them. I used my treadmill and logged about 2 miles. I really liked this as decent circuit and conditioning workout.

I agree with Pattyd0319, this workout is a fantastic circuit workout, when I get tired of all the jumping since I no longer have a treadmill to run on, I just swing my heaviest kettlebell 16kg for as long as she jumps...

So I saw this thread... then did a search... then read the other thread raving about this workout... and then CAVED. I suck at life.

But at least I'm getting a new workout to try!!!

ETA: I bought it from College. Mary was Out of Stock, and it was cheaper.

I'm getting a spin bike and was going to do the running intervals on that if they were long enough and it sounds like they are.
In the cart it goes...

I am really enjoying this workout. I've been doing the jumping jacks, etc. but appreciate the suggestions on using KB's, etc.

I sure do.

Did this workout this morning... I liked this alot, the time went buy so quickly which I loved. My treadmill is in the other room so I just did kettlebell exercises when I didn't feel like doing jumping jacks or sumo squats... and sometimes I did those too.

I rock at vidiocy, especially when I buy something that's actually WORTH buying.

Something else you can try if you have the equipment. I wanted to use my new sandbag this morning so while they were running, in addition to KB swings and cleans, I did some clean/squats and clean/side leg raises and clean/lunges with the sandbag. Another alternative to jumping jacks and sumo squats.
