I was wondering how were the results for anyone who completed this. I REALLY WANT rks but cant afford right now. I was hoping to get the results some of the people got in their arms. Any info would be a great help. thanks

I'm on their site now, and would like to order but shipping is steep ($13.48) when getting both Essentials and Advanced DVDs.

thank you Sissy. I only have a 20lb kettlebell its adjustable, i hope its heavy enough because I really dont want to have to spend the money on a bigger one.hopefully I can see results with that size for now.

After reading some older MB45 threads, I went ahead a paid the shipping price, considering the DVDs were such a good deal.

I've seen Mark's clips online, and liked what I saw.

It was only a matter of time...
