I haven't bought a firm dvd in a long time and I've noticed there seems to be a lot of new firms out there.... is there an updated list of what's out there?? I have a list from the ya ya's (the last workouts they list are the wave dvd's)

If anyone has a new list or a link I'd really appreciate it (next month I'm planning a little shopping spree )

Since the Wave workouts, the releases have been Calorie Explosion, Target Toning Zero in Ten, the Cardio Gloves kit, the Core Toner Plus kit, and the Firm Express system which is currently only available from Firm Direct. Two of the Firm Express workouts are available retail on a single DVD called Ignite Calorie Burn.
