Tracy Anderson Continuity Omnicentric Day 121 to 130 easy? And no weights

I did this today and it seemed a lot easier than 111-120. I haven't done omni in a while And am wondering if this is actually easier or I just got stronger in the interim from doing Rachel Cosgrove Drop Two Sizes. Also, this one only requires a mat. No weights. I did it twice beginning to end.

I can't remember those days exactly, but there are for sure some levels that are MUCH easier then others. She plans it that way on purpose. Little break and recovery levels. Another horrid one is coming your way, don't worry ;-)

Yep, what Sarah said! Days 321-330 (? I think that's the level), were *easier* for me, and then WHAM! Days 331-340 I am dripping in sweat and praying my glutes don't catch on fire, lol. Don't get lulled into a false sense of security with the easier levels.

I don't remember those exact days either, but if its super duper easy, maybe add ankle weights.
