Facebook fitness pages
Are there any good FB fitness groups like this one? I found one in the past but it had too many women showing off buns and foul language. Not what I was looking for.

Also, you might want to consider having a couple of basic rules such as no politics or name calling etc. I know two people that no longer post here for those reasons. It’s also intimidating to others to read posts where people are mean to others with different opinions.
