Cathe/Firm/Yoga/Walking May 2020 Let's Get Moving!

Hi-

I haven't posted for a few days, but yesterday was swimming at my friend's pool. The other days were Classical Stretch--I am enjoying my free trial and may keep Miranda around for a while.

Have a great day!

Lori

Good Morning!

I haven't checked in for a few days, either. I've mainly been working and doing yard work.

I just wanted to say Hi and check in.

Have a great day!

Hi

Thanks for starting our May thread, Lori

Jen, yard work is definitely considered a hard workout

It’s been yoga and barre these days.

Hope your day is wonderful.

Hi-

Yesterday was a long walk, and today I hope to get some exercise in. I showed one of the Classical Stretch videos to a friend who has wrist pain, and she said it actually helped her. There is magic in those stretches!

Have a great day!

Good Morning!

Lori - I just really noticed the title! Let's get moving....that's my goal for this week. I'm getting bogged down working at home - I find myself stuck to the computer, and so I've decided this week to take "walking breaks" (more than getting my 250 steps) - going up the road and back several times.

I'm also going to try to add on at least a 20-30 exercise, Peloton ride, weight workout, or something. So, I'm hoping to pile up a lot of exercise spaced out over the course of the day and maybe jump start my metabolism that way.

Have a great day!

Hi!

I did five walking breaks during the day today, and then I finished up with KCM Upper Body Supersets from Build & Burn.

Have a great night!

Hi

Jen, awesome plan, awesome job!

Lori, the essentric classical stretch sounds awesome. Glad you’re enjoying it.

I did about 9 miles walk and did my yoga.

Have a wonderful evening.

Hi-

Jen- so glad you like the title. I, too, find motivation hard right now. I have no excuse except to force myself to just keep moving as much as possible.

Today was KCM- Sculpting Rx #1. Good weights workout.

I am also previewing P90X3. Have any of you tried this one? I like that the workouts are 30 minutes and seem challenging. I have had this set for so long and am embarrassed that I haven’t done it yet

Have a great evening.

Hi

Lori, I have done P90X3 and love it. Very effective. The only caution is since it’s shorter, the warmup and cool down are so fast. So be careful.

Today was yoga, barre and body pump.

Have a great day.

Hi-

Thanks for the caution, Bita. I would probably add a Cathe warm-up and cool-down when I tackle the P90X3 workouts.

Have a great Tuesday, everyone!
