have you tried any recipes from famous restaurants? if so, please share your reviews here.

NOTE: i'll create a separate thread for cookbooks from "celebrity" chefs.

i have a few that i have in my collection and i will try to do a few of the recipes and give a short review.

i recently bought this book from a thrift store:

Bruce's Bakery Cookbook by Bruce Zipes, owner of Bruce's Restaurant and Bakery in Great Neck, Long Island, NY.

i have another title that i'll be adding - i have to go find the book in my house.
