Suggestions?

I want to have a friend work out with me for the 1st time to an aerobics/ Cardio DVD. Do you have any suggestions to make it fun and interesting but not so tough that she will hate exercise?

I'd search collagevideo for something by Kathy Smith or Gin Miller.

I'd keep it real simple and low intensity and do a Leslie WATP 1-2 miles.

Donna Richardson Old School Dance party will be fun, if you still have it.

Keeping Fit Cardio is a fun workout. Different segments have different types of moves - punching, dance, walking, etc. She is by herself, but she gives options on moves.

I second the walking dvd suggestion. If not Leslie how about the walking dvds Petra did with George Foreman? I gave those to my Mom and she loves them.

You could have a couple of options (w/ basic choreography, short duration of time, different types of cardio), so that she can choose what she would like to do.

We did...

Leslie Sansone WATP 4 Fast Miles
She even said she had fun. Tomorrow we plan to try Breathless Body by Amy Dixon. She said she wanted something harder and would like something athletic.
