LOL. Somebody had earlier posted another clip from Bruce.. .it uses bosu, step and all that. The Myrlea's seem to have fun doing these clips.

Thanks for posting! Bruce's innovative workout with as much equipment as possible is a classic. (If I'm not mistaken, that one was filmed by one of their sons, too. What a family!)

Anyone else notice that the house (not sure if it's their actual home) is decorated a lot like some of the older CIA sets?

LOL Kath.. Bruce is a hoot ( shaving the legs, his cycling top and how they panned on PEARL Izumi). I saw your reply on the other thread. I laughed so hard watching these clips. .I showed it to my family who found the 'indeed clip" amusing but didn't laugh quite so hard. My 9-year old wants to know how to lift the "pecs" individually..

The advantage of restarting is that there is so much room for improvement and it is fun to progress, right?
