Laziest stretch DVD?

So I just got done with some grueling cardio or some killer lifting and all I want to do is lay on the ground and hold stretching poses without having to move or hold myself up much... What would you suggest I pop in the DVD player?

If you have 10 minute solutions pilates on the ball, the stretch segment is incredible - a totally lazy but good stretch. It's "lazy" because the ball is supporting you the entire time. I love it.

I second the recommendation for this stretch! Love it (and the rest of the dvd).

Absolute laziest for me would be Yoga in Bed, which you can do surrounded by lots of pillows. I'm not even sure I would call a lot of it yoga, more like "Lazy Stretches in Bed".

I do the floor stretch section (about 10 mins.) on Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch For Beginners dvd.

The stretch portion of Karen Voight's Yoga Focus (now known as Yoga Power - you can also find this on Sleek Physique, now known as Slim Physique) and Rainbeau Mars' Pure Tranquility are done entirely seated (well, Karen's goes on the back at the end).

Debbie Siebers' Slim & Limber from her Slim In 6 series. It is mostly floor stretches. It can be made all floor stretches.

It is the best stretch video in the history of time!

Strong words, Alta! I tried Cool It Off once, but it's so long (and not the most engaging). Maybe I should try pulling it out again.

Cool It Off is nice, but it is too long. Plus, the music is dreadful. I'll put on my own music.

Slim & Limber is only 14 minutes.
